My background:
I’ve always been intrigued by the power of words to persuade, inspire and motivate people. And to me, there’s no more important audience than a company’s own employees. At Brilliant Ink, I’ve developed employee communications programs for clients including Cord Blood Registry, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Novo Nordisk. Prior to joining Brilliant Ink, I worked at some of the largest PR agencies in the world, including GolinHarris, GCI Group and Fleishman Hillard, where I helped strengthen internal communications for organizations ranging from the Dow Chemical Company to the Federal Aviation Administration.
I love my job because:
I have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients every day — from well-known consumer brands to global pharmaceutical companies. It pushes me to think differently about how to inspire employees who work in very different worlds.
What inspires me:
My fabulous team. When tackling client challenges, there’s nothing better than bouncing ideas off a group of brilliant people! We inspire each other to bring our best thinking to our clients.

Going on kid-friendly adventures all over New York City with my two little ones, Jack and Lila.
